Teresa Tapp Fit and Fabulous in 15 Minutes Review

When I was in high school I weighed 92 pounds and was a size minus 0. I could eat whatever I wanted never needing to work out. After the birth of my first child my weight would be somewhere between 110-120. I had another child and more weight followed. Basically you get the picture.  Last October I had triple hernia surgery and have been unable to do any major work outs etc.

I am not one to eat much at a time, but I don't always eat 100% healthy. I decided last October to also stop drinking pop and adding more water into my daily routine. I have had several friends just from cutting pop from their diet losing about 20 pounds. For me this did not happen and I did not lose any weight at all. I have a belly which I hate. I am looking forward to continuing to use the Bonus DVD that came with the book to help me get a flat stomach once again.

Our family does not belong to a gym or any type of health club. I had knee surgery in 1998 and cannot do high impact. I am not into anything extreme fitness. We bowl year round, ride bikes as a family and spend spring-fall on long walks at the local parks. I saw this book online and I thought with my busy schedule that this would be perfect for me. Plus losing up to a clothing size in just 2 weeks...sign me up!!

Teresa has worked on this book for over 20 years. She is a physiologist and rehabilitative trainer. She explains so many things in the book like exercise moves, reasons for eating the right things,  Real People Real Results shown in the book features people just like me at the start and after progress. That gives me encouragement! She is your personal trainer, coach, cheerleader and educator every step of the way. A good tip for me having had knee surgery was as follows:

In the past I have tried 4 other workout DVD's. For me I jumped in and later found out many of the moves had to much impact on the knee for me. I also found most ended up over a hour long. I just do not have the time. But 15 minutes I can do. Let me say that I am a bit OCD so I want to make sure that I do things correctly. For my first few days I spent about 30 minutes on the exercises.

After the 2nd week I lost 2 pounds. Go me! My 3rd week I did not have as much time to spend due to having so many activities and I gained a 1/2 pound. I enjoy the T-Tapp Workout. I am planning to stick with it.

I found my body type and I learned why it matters. I am trying to continue eating better. I will work up to the 45 minute workout in the book. Take your time and read the book. I did this in about 3-4 days. Learn the moves. Watch the DVD. Spend the time it is worth it!
