Sylvania Holiday Happenings Dec 6

Santa is arriving in Downtown Sylvania this weekend, to delight Christmas fans of all ages! Here's the rundown for this FREE event on Saturday, December 6, 2014:

-Santa arrives at the corner of Main & Maplewood at 4:45 p.m.
-Tree lighting is also at 4:45.
-Bicycle drawing is also at 4:45.
-Immediately after, Mr. and Mrs. Claus will head to the train barn (5717 Main St) so kids can line up then to sit on Santa's lap and have their picture taken. Cookies and hot chocolate will be handed out nearby.
-Horse drawn carriage rides also begin after the tree lighting.

***The "end" time of this event is posted at both 7:00 and 7:30, depending where you look, so that is unclear.

***Remember, everything is free! (Don't you just LOVE Sylvania?)

BTW, at a separate event, moms & dads can purchase pictures of their little ones with Santa, earlier in the day at Angela's Angels & Antiques, 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. 5774 Main Street, 419-824-4079

Haunted Sylvania fans, if you attend, make sure to peek in the windows of the Sylvania Heritage Museum...we have an absolutely true report of a full-body apparition seen there in the 1970s!
