This course is offered by Mark Kohn, a Krav Maga instructor. It is a three-hour introductory self-defense program that provides women with risk awareness, risk reduction and personal safety information, in addition to a few basic physical defense techniques. This program is offered to all women ages 13 and up. Girls under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult female. Only 3 minors per adult chaperone will be permitted.
