At Imagination Station, we are always striving to deliver the best possible experience to our visitors. To achieve this, we need to hear what we’re doing right…and what we need to work on!
Imagination Station is looking for individuals to participate in Imagination Station’s Visitor Experience Focus Group. We are asking that you make a commitment of a few hours on a Saturday afternoon. You will be asked several basic questions about Imagination Station. Then you will be given time to explore the science center. Following your exploration, we will reconvene and ask you questions about your impressions of the science center and potential areas for improvement.
In return for your time commitment, Imagination Station is offering free admission and lunch passes for your entire family on the day of the study. In addition, all participants will receive four free passes to Imagination Station after participating in the study.
The focus group will be conducted on Saturday, May 18th. All participants must arrive by 10 am. We will meet for approximately 30 minutes (your family is welcome to explore the museum during this time). We will then meet at 1 pm after participants have been given the opportunity to explore the museum and eat lunch in our Atomic Cafe.
Please note that participants are welcome to bring their families on May 18th, however, children must have a guardian with them while you participate in the focus groups. Children are not permitted in the focus groups.
